Our Process

  1. 01

    Booking and inspection

Call to reserve a slot. On arrival the cylinder is visually inspected and removed.

  2. 02

    Hydrostatic test

The cylinder is filled with water and pressurised to the prescribed test pressure while expansion is measured.

  3. 03

    Result and marking

A pass is dried, stamped with the test date and refitted. A failure is condemned and disposed of safely.

  4. 04

    Certificate issued
